Responsibilities
- Servicing a portfolio of participated commercial loans while maintaining alignment with agent bank records and activity.
- Processing loan advances, applying payments, completing rollovers and conversions, and resolving past‑due balances and over payments.
- Performing reconciliation activities by reviewing agent bank notices and transaction breakdowns and comparing them to internal systems and records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicating primarily through email with agent banks, with limited phone interaction.
- Experience in Commercial Loan Operations.
- Working knowledge of participated/syndicated loan servicing.
- Experience with ACBS and CLASS/Commercial Lending Servicing Portal (CLSP) preferred.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
