Sleep Inn Housekeepers always maintain and promote excellence in hospitality and customer service. They will maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas and assist guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
Sleep Inn Hotel is one of the largest hotel chains recognized by Choice Hotels. This property is newly REMODELED and located on the grounds of the Joplin 44 Petro Truckstop. For more than 55 years, we've provided customers with highway hospitality and "A Place Where People Want to Stop."
We are passionate about our mission, which includes serving drivers and the motoring public with clean, modern facilities stocked with fuel, food, and supplies. We offer meals from popular restaurant chains, trucking supplies, showers, laundry facilities, and everything needed to get back on the road quickly.
Shift available: 8:00AM-3:00PM
Requirements Responsibilities:- Remove and replace soiled linens and prepare rooms neatly for guest arrivals
- Organize and replenish guestroom amenities
- Ability to stand and walk 90% of the time while servicing rooms
- Required to push cleaning cart and operate vacuums
- Ability to push or lift approximately 20 to 25 lbs.
- Ability to deal effectively and interact daily with the customers and employees.
- We are 24-hour establishment. This employee must have flexible work hours and must be willing to work weekends and holidays if requested.
