• Strategic:
  Build and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Operational:
  Manage budgets, vendors, compliance, projects, and daily IT performance.
• Technical:
  Roll up your sleeves when needed on systems, infrastructure, core optimization, and troubleshooting.

In other words, you are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are solving a real technical problem.

You’ll inherit a lean environment and build a strong, high-performing, right-sized IT team. That means developing people, creating structure, improving processes, and building a culture of accountability and service. This is about capability, not just headcount.

Budgets matter. You’ll balance modernization with financial discipline, manage vendors carefully, and prioritize initiatives that deliver real impact.

• Hands-on experience with Jack Henry Symitar core system (Strongly Preferred). Working knowledge of Meridian Link is a plus.
• IT leadership experience in a financial institution or regulated environment.
• Background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital systems, and modernization efforts.
• Proven ability to lead transformation while staying close to execution.
• Strong communicator who builds trust across leadership and staff.
