Office 365 & Active Directory Administrator

Job Overview

Freeman Health System is seeking an Office 365 and Active Directory Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environment. The role includes user account management, licensing, security configuration, and Tier 3 support for Office 365 products.

Full Time

• Daily management of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services (user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, Azure AD).
• Perform user and group administration, security configuration, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the Identity & Access Management team on access reviews, audits, clean‑up efforts, and integration projects.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Office 365 products, including advanced troubleshooting and user education.
• Contribute to configuration and project design initiatives.

• Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or a combination of degree and experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft O365, third‑party applications, and clinical applications.
• Demonstrated success in training and mentoring others on Active Directory and Identity & Access management tools.

• Certifications such as A+, Server+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA).
