Citrix Systems Administrator

Position of Citrix System Administrator within the IT department. This role involves supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Citrix virtualization environments across the enterprise.

• Support, maintain, and optimize the Citrix virtualization environment, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix ADC, and related Windows-based infrastructure.
• Ensure stable and secure access to enterprise applications, supporting business continuity and innovation.
• Collaborate across IT domains such as automation, server administration, virtualization, storage, security, and cloud technologies, with an emphasis on Citrix environments.

• Associate degree in IT or related field (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• Experience with server hardware (Cisco UCS preferred) and Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
• Intermediate proficiency with Citrix Studio, Director, and Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
• Familiarity with Citrix licensing, image management, and user profile handling.

• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA‑V).
• Server+, A+, or equivalent certifications.
