Job Description

The Oracle Health Configuration Center is seeking an intermediate consultant to support the configuration and implementation of Oracle Health Drug File systems for external client project implementations. This role requires hands‑on experience in system configuration and a strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful execution of complex projects.

NOTE:

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass Public Trust security clearance due to client contract stipulations. Drug testing and proof of required immunizations are also required.

• Configure Oracle Health Drug File systems for external client project implementations (specific to the VA Federal Contract).
• Assist in the preparation and structuring of data for system configuration.
• Coordinate with internal project team to share configuration status, project timelines, and updates, and verify configuration requests.
• Escalate reported configuration issues for timely resolution.
• Balance configuration ownership across multiple clients, ensuring high standards and adherence to project deadlines.
• Independently complete complex system configurations and contribute to process improvements across projects.
• Document work thoroughly and ensure all processes are well‑maintained using preferred tools and platforms.
• Act as an escalation point for complex configuration issues, driving problem‑solving efforts and delivering resolutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Configuration Analysts, offering coaching, mentoring, and training as necessary.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• 0‑5 years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
• Experience with Drug File configuration, particularly in the maintenance of the formulary, is preferred but not required.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with product or technical expertise specific to healthcare systems, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass Public Trust security clearance. Drug testing and proof of required immunizations are required.

• Ability to navigate complex system configurations independently and efficiently.
• Proficiency with configuration tools, system documentation practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing and resolving complex configuration challenges in a timely manner.
• Ability to identify new process improvements and implement changes to enhance team productivity and system functionality.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagements and project needs.
• Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours as required, in compliance with local regulations.
• Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies, ensuring personal responsibility for safeguarding company and client assets.

Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 - $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 – $132,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
