Field Services​/Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Services / Desktop Support professional to provide advanced onsite technical support, endpoint management, patching, troubleshooting, and workstation lifecycle support in an enterprise environment.

Candidates with transferable work authorization who are willing/eligible to transfer their visa to our company W2 are welcome

• 8–10+ years of hands‑on desktop support / systems engineering experience preferred
• Advanced Windows/workstation troubleshooting
• Enterprise endpoint configuration and management
• Patch management and desktop security
• Endpoint inventory and policy enforcement
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• User profile and desktop application support
• Endpoint security and compliance
• Incident escalation and root-cause analysis

• Provide advanced onsite desktop support and resolve complex hardware/OS issues
• Troubleshoot software, configuration and workstation issues
• Administer endpoint management platforms for software deployment, patching and configuration updates
• Implement and maintain standardized desktop images and configuration baselines
• Monitor endpoint health, dashboards and logs to identify recurring issues
• Handle escalated tickets and provide technical guidance to service desk teams
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent remediation
• Coordinate with network, application and security teams on endpoint requirements
• Manage workstation assets, lifecycle tracking and software licensing
• Apply endpoint security controls and assist with vulnerability remediation
• Support walk-up requests and provide direct assistance to onsite users
• Document procedures, knowledge articles and technical resolutions
• Identify automation and continuous-improvement opportunities

Candidates MUST currently be local to Joplin, MO and able to work onsite.
