Full-time
Provides support to end users in a variety of areas. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems or issues to ensure a timely resolution. Relies upon instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision.
RequirementsCandidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualify. Candidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation date.
Please note:
This is NOT a remote position. Degree in IT related field or Trade School. Current A+ certification or obtain within 120 days. Comptia A+ or Google IT Support Professional Certification within 120 days of hire. HP Self Maintainer Certification with 120 days.
