- Develop, implement, and maintain Auria's Global Supplier Sustainability Program
- Coordinate global supplier ESG data collection and validation
- Support Scope 3 greenhouse gas accounting and supplier decarbonization initiatives
- Manage supplier sustainability questionnaires and disclosure processes for Eco Vadis, CDP Supply Chain, customer requests, CSRD, and corporate reporting
- Integrate sustainability criteria into supplier qualification, sourcing, onboarding, and performance evaluation
- Monitor supplier compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct and responsible sourcing requirements
- Coordinate corrective action plans
- Support responsible sourcing, supply chain due diligence, ESG risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring
- Develop supplier communications, guidance documents, webinars, and training
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability projects and customer requirements
- Improve supply chain sustainability processes, data quality, reporting efficiency, and supplier collaboration through digitalization and process optimization
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Sustainability/ESG, or related functions within a global manufacturing environment
- Automotive/Tier 1 experience preferred
- Ability to travel as needed to support sites
- Experience with Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions
- Experience with supplier sustainability programs and responsible sourcing initiatives
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks including Eco Vadis, CDP, CSRD/ESRS, GRI, and SBTi
- Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and report sustainability and operational data
- Experience supporting customer requests, regulatory compliance, and ESG reporting requirements
- Cross-functional experience with Procurement, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sustainability teams
- Experience using supplier sustainability software and ESG data management platforms
