Floor Technician (Full Time) role at Crothall Healthcare.

Freeman Health Systems, 1102 West 32nd Street, Joplin, MO 64804.

We are hiring immediately for full time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions.

Schedule:

Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 pm to 4:30 am; more details upon interview. Pay range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Experience with floor care is a major plus.

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care, including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
