By making riding accessible and fun, ARC strives to transform lives through consistent outdoor activity, fostering healthier, more connected communities around the world.

We are looking to add more team members to our travelling installation crews. Our install crews will specialize in skate and bike park features and get the opportunity to work all over the United States! Our teams generally travel 3 weeks at a time with a week home between each trip. We are also hiring for our Atlas Safe Room install crews.

These teams have more home time and may be needed on other specialty projects occasionally. There is a standard pay rate and an additional per diem when travelling for work. There are also many opportunities to earn prevailing wage. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k & ESOP opportunities.

A great candidate:

  • Has a clean driving record.
  • Has experience in welding, general construction, concrete, and/or painting.
  • Can lift 50-100 pounds and work in the elements.
  • Works well in small teams.
  • Is excited and eager to make an impact in communities all over the United States.
