Project Manager

Goins Enterprises in Joplin MO is now taking applications Project Managers. We offer excellent pay and benefits and a friendly and professional work environment. Experience preferred, must have a safe driving record, demonstrated ability to work with a team in resolving challenges, and great communication skills. Pay will be based on experience and skills, range of 85k to 105k plus possible work based incentives.

• Will initially work alongside a Project Manager, to plan and execute projects for a company.
• Will be expected to develop necessary skills and knowledge to work alone with oversight by a Project or Operations Manager.
• Requirements include ability to develop proficiency in selected software necessary to create a create a detailed plan to successfully complete projects.
• Ability to successfully coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors and deliveries will require attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Position requires a strong work ethic.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• A positive attitude and team play is required.

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Must have excellent communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face
• Able to lead a team and motivate those involved in their projects
