General Manager E 7th

Domino's Pizza is looking for a dedicated leader to take the role of General Manager for a store. The GM will manage all store operations, staff, results, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service.

• Oversee all aspects of store operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Maintain 100% compliance with all policies and procedures and set the example for the crew.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring punctuality and accountability.
• Manage staffing levels, paperwork, and daily scheduling to meet productivity goals.
• Control food costs, manage supplies, and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation to meet perfect image standards.
• Drive marketing initiatives within the store, build customer relationships, and deliver profitable results.
• Operate equipment, handle equipment maintenance, and oversee safety protocols.
• Facilitate verbal and written communication with customers, crew, and corporate.

• Strong math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and manage monetary transactions accurately.
• Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid and precise movements.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment, handling cash, and using computer systems or touch screens.
• Ability to give clear instructions and train new staff.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

• Standing for most activities, walking short distances, and occasional climbing stairs or ladders.
• Resilient to temperature variations from 36°F to above 90°F, handling hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Exposed to food dust, fumes, and uneven work surfaces.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds, carry cases weighing up to 50 pounds, and push/pull trays up to 24–30 pounds.
• Perform tasks such as forward bending, squatting, reaching above 72 inches, and manipulating kitchen tools.

• Deliver pizza and promotional materials to customers; transport goods in adverse climates.
• Navegate multi‑story buildings, private residences, and other delivery locations while carrying around 30‑pound loads.
