Shift Production 12 Hour Days

Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a C Shift Production team member to join their team. As a C Shift Production employee, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong mechanical ability, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

Location:

Joplin, MO

Pay Range: $17 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor printing equipment to ensure high-quality production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Utilize rulers, gauges, and calipers to ensure product specifications are met.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain safety standards.
• Lift products and materials as needed, adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Two or more years of printing experience preferred.
• Good mechanical ability and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to distinguish differences between finished products and specifications.
• Ability to lift products up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a standing position for extended periods.
