Assemble complex wire cables and harnesses according to detailed work instructions and production aids;
Lay out harnesses with multiple connectors and cut wires to specified lengths for termination;
Crimp inserts and attach pins and contacts to wires and cables using hand tools;
Strip wire insulation using wire cutters and stripping machines;
Apply tubing and protective materials along cables as specified;
Operate heat guns and preset equipment to shrink sleeves;
Route wires using form boards and production aids to build harnesses accurately;
Perform functional testing of harnesses using probes and test equipment to verify connections;
Interpret testing feedback to confirm correct termination positions and make adjustments as needed
