Assemble complex wire cables and harnesses according to detailed work instructions and production aids;
Lay out harnesses with multiple connectors, cut wires to specified lengths, and prepare for termination;
Crimp inserts and attach pins and contacts to wires and cables using hand tools;
Strip wire insulation using wire cutters and stripping machines;
Perform functional testing of harnesses to verify correct connections and terminations
