Plant Manager

Location:

Greater St. Louis. Must be willing to travel or willing to relocate within MO.

Salary:
Up to $170k plus bonus.

Must have Bachelor's Degree.

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for elevating operational maturity, strengthening process discipline, and driving cultural alignment within a profitable but improvement‑oriented facility. The organization has recently invested in automation and capital upgrades and is committed to continued growth and investment.

• Oversee all plant operations across multiple shifts
• Lead production, maintenance, engineering, and administrative functions
• Improve production flow, scheduling, and throughput
• Ensure compliance with EH&S standards and regulatory requirements

• Drive cost discipline and operational efficiency
• Improve margin through labor optimization, scrap reduction, and workflow improvements
• Strengthen plant-level financial visibility and reporting
• Support annual capital planning and reinvestment strategies

• Lead and develop department heads and supervisors
• Establish accountability and performance standards
• Build credibility in a long-tenured workforce environment
• Drive structured change management initiatives
• Lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives
• Implement sustainable process improvements
• Support automation integration and new product line implementations

• 7+ years of experience in plant-level leadership
• Demonstrated Lean implementation experience
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
