As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands‑on manufacturing leader who thrives on the production floor, develops people, builds systems, and drives continuous improvement.

This role is responsible for the safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and overall performance of ARC’s fabrication and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership experience, unwavering integrity, a Lean mindset, and a proven track record of improving manufacturing performance through people, process, and accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Develop and mentor supervisors and production personnel.
  • Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards throughout the organization.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Daily Management, Standardized Work, Visual Management, 5S,Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Improve throughput, labor productivity, workflow, and manufacturing lead times.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational performance.
  • Ensure effective production scheduling, resource planning, and execution.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and reliability initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, project management, and leadership teams to support company growth.
  • Ensure finished products are assembled, packaged, and shipped correctly and on time.
Qualifications Required
  • Proven manufacturing leadership experience in fabrication, metal manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and delivering measurable operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a focus on accountability and results.
Preferred
  • Experience with CNC laser cutting, press brakes, welding, tube processing, and related fabrication equipment.
  • Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related education.
  • CAD experience.
