All communications relating to orders, mrp functions/maintenance, and paperwork processing will be handled by this position.essential

duties & responsibilities
· reviews and analyzes assembly loading levels and production dates with distribution for the duration of the planning horizon. Plans production based on published lead times and customer commitment dates.
· works closely with master scheduler, plant manager and operations manager to adjust scheduling capacity based on manpower.
· ensure accurate production reporting and an accurate plan.
· expedite high priority jobs and report on their plan.
· communication with customer service is a critical part of this job. All questions not pertaining to warranty but inclusive of expediting, shortages, revision inquiries, and other manufacturing – relocated questions will be controlled by this position.
· reviews incoming orders for accuracy and adherence to engineering/production guidelines. Communicate with customer service, marketing and sales to gather information required for order to meet guidelines.
· reviews revisions and administer charges as required. In addition, review delivery impact regarding plant loading and customer requirements.
· coordinate shipping of units daily.
· responsible for reporting work related injuries and near misses to supervision.
· responsible for wearing all required ppe and following applicable safety/environmental rules.
· responsible for correcting or reporting unsafe conditions observed within the plant.
