Job Description:

We are currently hiring dedicated, safety-minded individuals to join our team as General Production Associates at a premier North American Food service (NAF) manufacturing facility in Joplin. In this role, you will be on the front lines of food production, ensuring high-quality bakery and dough products meet the strictest standards of quality and safety.

• Safety & Compliance:
  Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
• Equipment Operation:
  Set up, operate, and monitor repetitive and non-repetitive production machinery and packaging equipment on the manufacturing floor.
• Quality Assurance:
  Perform routine quality checks, monitor product weights, inspect packaging, and identify any defects to ensure products meet production standards.
• Sanitation:
  Maintain a clean and organized work area, executing standard cleaning procedures during shift transitions and equipment changeovers.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with shift supervisors and fellow team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and meet daily production goals.
• Material Handling:
  Load raw materials onto production lines, stage packaging supplies, and finalize products to prepare them for shipping.
