Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. (AFNA) is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the shift line team and deliver performance targets in Safety, Quality, Cost and Efficiency. You will coach, develop hourly associates, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to sustain operational excellence.
The role requires an associate degree with 2+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in food production, and experience applying TPM, Lean or Six Sigma tools.
