- Tipton, MO 65081## Overview Position Type Full Time## Description Assemble, weld, install, and maintain piping systems and related equipment for industrial and energy-related production systems. This role requires interpreting complex engineering drawings and performing precision pipe fitting—primarily on stainless-steel piping—while ensuring all work complies with ASME codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements.## Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED, or equivalent relevant experience
* Minimum of 3–5 years of fitting experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
* Must successfully pass a state and federal criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening

Desired Qualifications
* Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and isometric piping drawings
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes, plant utilities, and process systems
* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
* Experience working with stainless steel piping systems in industrial settings
* Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions
* Journeyman-level pipe fitting (or equivalent training and experience) Preferred
* Strong commitment to safety practices and proper use of PPE (e.g., hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, respirators, hearing protection)
