Overview

ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with the medical plan of care, independently assess the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial of assigned patients and families; plan and implement appropriate interventions; evaluate effectiveness and adjust the plan promptly to deliver safe and effective care.
Requirements- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or a compact state license held in the nurse’s state of residence.
