Position

Medication Partner – PRN (Part‑Time)

Location

The Wildwood Senior Living – 3002 S. John Duffy Dr., Joplin, Missouri 64804

Schedule & Pay

Shift: As needed / varies

Hourly wage: $17.50 – $23.00

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication properly and maintain accurate medication records.
  • Maintain clean medication carts and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic support to residents during vulnerable moments.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment and support resident well‑being.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Valid state certification for medication administration, current and in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Positive, energetic attitude towards residents.
  • Basic computer skills for printing and data entry.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lb.
  • Capacity to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall care.
  • Background check clearance.
  • Good health; must pass a physician health screening within six months prior to employment and within seven days after.
  • Must test negative for tuberculosis at time of screening and annually thereafter.
