ACCESS Family Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday
• Paid holidays

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
• Perform physical exams and develop individualized care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with protocols
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Current, active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
