Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) looking to join an organization that shares your values and commitment to excellence?

Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

• Conduct routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) in patients’ homes and communities
• Perform medication setup and general health assessments
• Schedule visits to meet patients’ care needs and maintain visit volume
• Provide care that supports patients’ independence and quality of life

• Jasper County, MO + surrounding counties (Newton, Barton, Vernon)
• Pay Per Visit (PPV): routine 30–60 minute in‑home visits
• Flexible scheduling
  : part‑time, up to full‑time; approx. 10 weekly visits, nurse schedules visits each month; potential additional visits
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call
• Travel
  : company car (pickup/dropoff at Joplin office) or mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing
• 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
