** Job Description
**** Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team!
***** This position will support CVRU, Medical Specialty & Intermediate Float Pool.
****
* Schedule:
8a-5p | Monday-Friday
**** Candidates must possess: BSN, BLS Certification and a MO RN license.
** Main Duties of this role include:
* Onboarding RN's and NA's
* Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the unit
* Serves as a positive, professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement, and decision-making skills
* The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in maintaining departmental records, scheduling staff development and other special projects
* Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment
* Developing, promoting, and providing follow up on patient care and quality initiatives
Candidates with previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting are encouraged to apply.#

Experience:
1 year Basic Life Support
- American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse
- Various Bachelor's Degree#
