Bethesda Health Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide basic nursing care across multiple Bethesda communities in Missouri and Illinois. You will assess residents on admission and ongoing, communicate changes to the IDT, document accurately, and administer medications and IV fluids as needed.
The role requires an LPN license in MO and IL, CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months, and IV certification.
