Seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction.
Responsibilities- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Providing care across Medical-Surgical and Behavioral Health departments
- High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current compact LPN license
- At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience
- Certifications:
BLS, IV certification; additional certifications may be required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and turn patients with assistance
- Push, pull, grip up to 50 pounds
- Flexible shifts, including day or night, with no weekend or holiday requirements
- Participation involves scheduling a minimum number of hours and being available on short notice
