• Assure implementation of policies and procedures relating to resident care and oversight of all health‑related services.
• Manage, coordinate and direct all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures.
• Establish working relationships with healthcare professionals in the community, including interactions with residents’ health care providers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Licensed or registered nurse with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in‑home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Preferred:
  Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
