** Full time - 40 hours per week
** What You'll Do
** The Radiation Oncology Charge Nurse provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services within Radiation Oncology across Missouri and Kansas locations. This position ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating daily nursing operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and clinical procedures. The Charge Nurse serves as a resource for nursing staff, providers, and patients while promoting regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency throughout the radiation oncology service line.
** Requirements
* ** Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
* Current BLS certification required
* Minimum of three to five years of oncology nursing experience preferred.
* Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurse's State Of Residence and Ability to obtain or maintain Kansas licensure.
* AHA ACLS Within 120 Days.
** Preferred Requirements:
*** Current Oncology Nurse Certification.
