You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.

1:1 patient ratio - one nurse, one patient, every shift Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life - days, nights, or weekends Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus Pay discussed at interview and based on experience

• A hospital nurse craving meaningful, one-on-one care instead of a six-patient assignment
• A student nurse looking for flexible, hands-on experience

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
• Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring

• Orientation and hands-on training to set you up for success from day one

• Active RN or LPN license
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Pediatric experience a plus (training provided)
• A passion for patient-centered care in one-on-one home settings is a plus
