- Competitive pay: $27 - $35/hr based on experience and case acuity
- Consistent patient assignments with referral bonus opportunities
- Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients (infant through mid-20s)
- Manage tracheostomies, ventilators, G-tubes/feeding tubes, medications, and patient assessments
- Monitor changes in condition, educate families, and collaborate with the clinical team to follow individualized care plans
No pediatric or home health experience? No problem.
We hire for potential and provide the support you need through:- Hands-on clinical training
- Shadowing with experienced PDN nurses
- Ongoing 24/7 clinical support
You’ll feel confident before managing your own case.
