***** Administer medications to clients via various methods, including oral and injection, in accordance with service line requirements.
* Perform thorough nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.
* Accurately document medication administration and nursing assessments, adhering to service line standards.
* Conduct medication administration reviews and ensure house stock of medications is monitored.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding medication inquiries and manage refill requests.
* Verify client data and medical history, and obtain necessary physical preliminary requirements.
* Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, including safety plans and nursing assessments.
* Act as a resource for nursing and medical issues while overseeing client hygiene and related health concerns.
* Participate in necessary meetings and perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
