Mercy seeks an experienced LPN to join our Cardiac Surgery team full time. This role provides specialized bedside care to post-operative cardiac patients, including monitoring vitals, telemetry, wounds, and drains, and administering medications per protocol. The LPN will collaborate closely with RNs, surgeons, and multidisciplinary staff to implement care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe recovery.
