* Drive physician engagement, recruitment planning, and alignment strategies across cardiology and cardiac/vascular surgery, in partnership with medical staff leadership.
* Manage service line staffing strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development for direct and matrixed reports across multiple departments and sites.
* Lead or support service line contracting strategy, including supply chain/value analysis for cardiovascular devices and implants, in partnership with supply chain and finance.
* Represent the service line in payer strategy discussions, bundled payment and value-based care initiatives, and managed care contract negotiations as needed.
* Ensure regulatory compliance across all cardiology sites, including CMS Conditions of Participation, and applicable state regulations.
* Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, community partners, and regional outreach sites to support network integration and patient access.
* Lead change management and performance improvement initiatives.
* Report service line performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to system executive leadership and the board as required.
** Requirements
* ** Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field Master’s degree in MHA, MBA, or MSN preferred.
