LPN - Cardiac Surgical - Full Time

Role:

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or with RN guidance, ensuring professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality.

Coordinates patient care across departments, supports patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical procedures, and builds clinical skills in specialized units such as cardiac surgery.

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience, with current LPN licensure and adherence to state requirements. Certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required or encouraged.

Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.

Deliver safe, efficient patient care, maintain patient confidentiality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and well-being.
