Description:
CVOR RN for day shift, 4x10 schedule from 08:30 to 19:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Call is required and will be split among CV staff, approximately 14 calls per month, which includes weekend call.
Floating to Vascular and General units is required.
ACLS and BLS certifications are a must.
EPIC experience is required for charting.
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience.
Candidate should possess skills in various cardiovascular procedures and surgeries.
Daily patient census consists of 2 cases with a ratio of 3 patients during the day shift.
Interdisciplinary support includes IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more.
Special procedures and equipment knowledge is essential for this role.
This position requires adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Participation in rapid response and multidisciplinary teams is expected.
The role demands effective communication and patient management skills.
Candidate must demonstrate competency in managing diverse patient diagnoses.
Willingness to engage in continued education and skills development is essential.
This role may require travel, and compliance with travel standards is expected.
