LPN – Surgical

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of licensed healthcare professionals, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights.

• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains confidentiality.
• Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN licensure, and meeting State Board requirements.
• Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS, and LPN-IV, with some requiring acquisition within specified time frames.
