Travel RN – Labor and Delivery (Nights)

Joplin, MO | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 14-week assignment | Projected start:
October 5, 2026

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) birthing center setting
• Manage and support patients through the full continuum of labor and birth
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5, delivering safe and compassionate care
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Float to other units as needed — float requirements are non-negotiable
• Fulfill weekend and on-call requirements as directed by the facility

• Active RN license with Labor and Delivery experience required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP
• Flu vaccination or client-approved exemption required for assignments running November 1 through April 1
• Expected weekly hours: 36 hours/week

• Experience with EPIC EMR
• LDRP specialty background
• Patient-focused team player with a flexible, positive attitude

• Work at a facility recognized for nationally acclaimed care, including Level 2 Trauma, Stroke, and STEMI designations, all-private rooms, and participation in national clinical trials
