Supervisor, Laboratory Support Services
Lead and support the provider care team by ensuring accurate, precise, and timely collection of laboratory samples and testing. Oversee compliance with regulatory standards to maintain a world‑class laboratory. Perform human resources duties, including scheduling and performance reviews. Deliver excellent customer service consistent with Mercy Signature Service and embody Mercy Leadership Attributes.
Responsibilities- Accurate & timely collection of laboratory samples and testing.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct human resources functions such as scheduling and performance reviews.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate Mercy Leadership Attributes and uphold Mercy Service Standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of acceptable clinical laboratory experience.
- ASCP certification preferred.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
