Quality Manager Food and Beverage

Our client, a leading beverage solutions provider, is seeking a Quality Manager Food and Beverage to join their team. As a Quality Manager Food and Beverage, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Quality Manager Food and Beverage

Location: Joplin, MO

Shift: Ability to work days, with nights and weekends as required

• Oversee the site’s quality department, ensuring total product and package quality standards are met.
• Manage food safety, quality cost management, safety protocols, and compliance with GMPs and other regulations.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of food safety and quality management systems, including SQF.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and ensure all products meet compliance standards.
• Manage laboratory, microbiology, sanitation, and raw materials quality processes to optimize resources and meet specifications.

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Food Science, Quality, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage industry.
• Proficiency in Lab Data Collection Program, Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and lead teams effectively.
