Clarios is seeking a Quality Engineer for the 1st shift at the St. Joseph, MO assembly plant. You will monitor day-to-day production, analyze data, and ensure compliance with quality standards to drive defect reduction and efficiency gains.
You will conduct audits, develop testing and training methods, and track KPIs such as supplier performance and cycle-time improvements. A degree with experience or equivalent is expected, with Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
