• Be a Team Member:

  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist members with purchasing decisions and payment types; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; address improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications: Outline of required minimum qualifications is provided; note that completion of required trainings and assessments may be necessary if offered the position.

Preferred Qualifications: Food Safety Certification and Food Handler Certification.
