Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Lead, supports and values customer selling in both the in store and online (ship to store) shopping experience;
Lead a customer obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors by proactively Greeting, Re-engaging, Educating, Adding on and Thanking each customer;
Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment to support building the basket;
Execute Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures and team supervision;
