- - Responsibilities:
Lead people management activities including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; build an open-door culture and manage staffing and scheduling.;
Deliver the in-store pet parent and associate experience, ensure safety and health of pets in care, and manage customer concerns and service quality.;
Oversee store operations, inventory management, and adherence to policies and procedures; collaborate with Store Leadership on events and community partnerships.;
Analyze reporting and financials to meet store P&L targets; manage expenses, payroll, and budgeting within approved guidelines.;
Ensure compliance, safety, and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including reviews, training, and performance management.
