Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's

Hourly rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations.
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
