- Responsible for partnering with contract hardware distribution channel
- Develop and maintain relationships in all areas of the distributor’s organization
- Actively solicit, follow-up, and negotiate all quote opportunities
- Manage distributor buying programs
- Promote distributor promotions and programs to secure discretionary sales revenue
- Conduct regularly scheduled distributor business reviews
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct distributor product/solution training sessions
- Coordinate the resolution of product and field service issues
- Manage brand shelf space at distributor accounts
- College/University degree or work experience commensurate with minimum high school/GED diploma
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of industry-related experience in the distribution channel of the door & hardware industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus
Demonstrates expertise in managing distributor relationships and driving sales through effective training and promotional strategies. Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and Microsoft Office to enhance sales reporting and distributor engagement.
