I'm partnering with a leading distributor of roofing materials and building products to find their next Commercial Territory Manager for the St. Louis Metro market. My client has served contractors, builders, and homeowners since 2001 — offering everything from asphalt shingles and metal roofing to wood shakes and slate — and is backed by a nationwide branch network and a strong reputation for service.

They give their sales team the tools, support, and autonomy to grow a territory and build lasting customer relationships.

• Proven B2B success selling roofing and/or building products
• Track record managing a multi-million dollar territory with year-over-year growth
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Able to pass background and drug screening

• Grow business with new and existing roofing, GC, and home builder customers
• Partner with inside sales and vendors to drive product promotions
• Build and execute a detailed annual sales plan
• Develop a strong repeat-customer pipeline through relationship selling
• Be a true business partner, helping customers grow their own success
