Open Management is hiring for a full‑time maintenance member at our manufactured housing community in Joplin, MO. As a maintenance member, you’ll be responsible for keeping our community properties safe, functional, and looking their best. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance requests and repairs. Daily tasks may include installing appliances, maintaining lawns, repairing flooring or drywall, and ensuring all work areas are clean and safe.

This role is ideal for someone reliable, hands‑on, and skilled in using tools to complete a wide range of maintenance projects.

Hourly Rate: $21.00

• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 weeks in your first year
• Company‑Paid Holidays: 15 per year

• Respond to tenants' maintenance requests
• Complete property maintenance requirements including, but are not limited to cleaning, painting, interior/exterior maintenance, lawn maintenance, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, smoke detector maintenance, repair or replacement of lights, roof repairs, heating/air systems maintenance, appliance repairs, etc.
• May include:
  • Transport, install and connect stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other electrical and gas appliances.
  • Load and unload trucks and other conveyances; move supplies and materials to the proper location by wheelbarrows or hand trucks; stack materials for storage or binning; collect refuse and salvageable materials.
  • Transport equipment, furnishings, and appliances to job sites.
  • Repair and fabricate window and door screens and frames.
  • Dig, fill, and tamp earth excavations; level grounds using a pick, shovel, tamper, and rake; shovel concrete; clean culverts and ditches; cut tree and brush; operate…
